Yep, its a known bug. Not occuring to anybody (i can edit perfectly), but many players. Also friends of me etc.

Cou can try deleting your profile and online pro ingame via "customize"->"profile"->"delete" and delete everything there. For some folks it worked, but not everyone.

Ok I got a working solution for this but it is pretty cumbersome.

Start Game in Windowed Mode. After you enter Pro Tab clubs screen.

1. Move cursor with your gamepad to the pro.
2. Then Press Enter. You will see a loading screen for 1/2 a second right at that time you must Hit ALT + Enter.

Viola! you can now see your pro and edit and make changes.

Unfortunately If you miss the timing you have to keep restarting until EA comes out with a patch. They are currently working on this issue as of a 23th Sep 2014 update under known issues page.
