The goal of this mod is to improve various aspects ofthe career mode, such as training, recruiters, player withdrawals, affiliation,
etc.

We are looking to give players more choice and freedomwhen playing career mode in FIFA 23. Do you want to build a team of young talents? Would you like to improve recruiters? Would you like to change the way players are spawned? youth depending on the recruiter? Do you want to prevent players from retiring at 30 years of age? Now you can!

Main features:

  • Balanced Growth Plan:
    • Players will gain more or less experience for each training session depending on their physical condition, injuries, etc.
  • General Training and Player Evolution:
    • Footballers will gain more training experience based on their age, training, growth plan, potential, etc.
    • Possibility of creating good players/stars in the next 1-3 seasons, depending on training time, potential, playing minutes and salary.
  • Youth Recruiters:
    • Recruiter levels determine the quantity and quality of players obtained.
    • Star recruiter Levels:
      • 1 Star: Tier 1 (5%), Tier 2 (5%), Tier 3 (10%), Tier 4 (80%)
      • 2 Stars: Tier 1 (5%), Tier 2 (5%), Tier 3 (50%), Tier 4 (40%)
      • 3 Stars: Tier 1 (5%), Tier 2 (25%), Tier 3 (30%), Tier 4 (40%)
      • 4 Stars: Tier 1 (15%), Tier 2 (50%), Tier 3 (15%), Tier 4 (20%)
      • 5 Stars: Tier 1 (20%), Tier 2 (50%), Tier 3 (15%), Tier 4 (15%)
  • Stat Upgrade:
    • Players found by scouts may have special characteristics depending on their level and the skills of the recruiter.
  • Player Withdrawal:
    • Players will not retire early, they will start to retire from the age of 38 to 45, depending on various factors.
  • Enhanced Player Scouts:
    • Increased accuracy on player skills, salary, and value based on scout level.
    • Star Recruiter Levels:
      • 1 Star: General Attribute Variation (80%), Potential Variation (80%)
      • 2 Star: General Attribute Variation (60%), Potential Variation (60%)
      • 3 Star: General Attribute Variation (40%), Potential Variation (40%)
      • 4 Star: General Attribute Variation (20%), Potential Variation (20%)
      • 5 Star: General Attribute Variation (0%), Potential Variation (0%)

  • The AI will now respond faster to ongoing negotiations on the day of the end of negotiations

  • Now the number of days needed to retry a trade has been changed to one week (now you don't have to wait 15 days)

  • The AI will renew 95% of expiring contracts (2 years or less)

  • The final day of negotiations will last 24 hours instead of 10 hours

  • You should now receive random offers based on your performance (Experimental)

  • The AI will evaluate your performance in the first 5 games and if it is very negative it can fire you.

  • Balanced the amount of players found by scouts:
    • 1 STAR = 1/3 players
    • 2 STARS = 2/6 players
    • 3 STARS = 3/10 players
    • 4 STARS = 4/12 players
    • 5 STARS = 5/15 players
  • The cost per search mission for new players has been balanced to give it a more realistic touch and to match the great results you will find.

  • Scout quest results percentages have been balanced to give it more realism you can still get big stars and good players but to a lesser extent than before to balance the game.

  • Balanced the salary of players aged 17 - 21 by removing a standard negative factor that is applied to players of that age regardless of their rating.

  • Changed so that now the "Saudi Arabia" league spends more money on salaries (reflecting the current situation)

  • Balanced player value from 17-21 so that player value doesn't have a standard negative factor just because of his age.

  • Now the performance of each player directly influences the market value, being more important to obtain good results and achieve the first places in some categories, for example: Top scorer, second scorer, top assist, second assist.

  • The system has been refactored so that it is now much more realistic and difficult to be and maintain as the team's starter, it now depends more on the performance of matches and training sessions, it varies depending on the team giving a more realistic sensation, large teams will have more demands and less small teams (still noticeable).

ey my friend... it is great... maybe you can help me.. Iam trying to play career with a team (custom) from another league in a specific league (example: galatasaray playing premiere league but with diferents players, all changed trought the RDBM tables) and in the middle of the league it crash... do you know what happening ? is this a problem from fixture? howcan I solve this Iam desperate

Do you have other additional mods? We have tried for 2 seasons since the second division of Spain and we have not had that error, you could try deactivating all the mods you have and start the game again, fifa has automatic saves, load one before the error and check that all is well, we remain attentive to help you in any way we can.

it also crash without mods, I tryed just modifying the squads file... because I´d love to play with my custom team in diferents leagues... it works before but... now and after some updates is not working,
look, I download the latest squad file, modyfied the tables: teamplayerlinks, players and leagueteamlinks. in the order to moving Galatasaray to premiere league (as example) with news players... then I create a new career based in the local file.... and it works, but during the career it crash randomly and I cannot solve it.
I tryed a lot of things, diferents leagues... big mistery for me
Can you become in hero helping me???

Try changing only players part, but let leagueteamlinks intact and simply replace Galatasaray in-game when picking teams for CM, it should work. If not, then it's the problem with players you created, maybe u use some ID's which is used by fifa in CM to generate regens.

Hi, I would like to have some suggestions for your mod, perhaps lower the number of players or the chance of generating a high potential youth player that a Youth Scout can report? The feature "Youth Recruiters" that you've added is extremely overpowered because they generated like 15 players per report and sometimes I found 20 "Next Messi" per season because of this. The mod itself is good but this feature makes it more like a cheat than a "Better Career Mode Experience" so I was wondering if you can lower the number of players per report or the chance of generating a high potential youth players per report to make it more realistic? Thanks for reading and I like your mod : D
