Black Friday

I bought the Training Day and Mystic River DVDs for $3 each from Wal Mart, and a nice pair of black leather gloves for $7.50 from Menards.

Anyone else do any shopping today?

I tend to stay out of the way on black friday. I love watching the news though because there's always fights to be seen. I've done Christmas shopping on the net since 2005, a lot less hassle.

Yeah, I think today is the worst day to shop if you don't like a pack of people and commotion.

I slept until noon, and scratched my balls. Oh, and I was very thankful to not be working in retail. Last year I had to work at 5 AM at Macy's for black Friday. That sucked.

I also stick to shopping online. I'm too damn lazy to go out and look for deals.

I work at a Nike Factory store and had to get up at 2 am today to go work since we opened at 4. I'm just glad it's over with until next year if I still work there. Its one thing to see a large group of people run into a store on TV and then to see it in person, pretty crazy stuff.

Yah, my birthday is boxing day (Dec 26) so at least I get clothes and shoes and such really cheap. It's like a sugar rush with two days of presents.
