Black Screen Bug

My game is original. I've tried everything but I can not solve this problem. can you help me?

tested in all configurations and resolutions.

PC. i7 ; video: hd6970

drivers tested: catalyst 13,4 / 13.1 / 12.8 / 12.6 / 12.1

Have you added any graphics mods?
Do other games work on your PC with no issues?
Did you install the lastest video card drivers?

Open your video card control panel and adjust/test various performance settings -- I had to do that with my game. Past that, delete the game and all associated files, then download/install FIFA 13 from Origin again. I downloaded the game a few months back and couldn't get it to work. I then deleted the files and downloaded again and it worked fine, so something got screwed up in the first download.

NO

If other games don't work, then it's an issue with your PC and not with FIFA 13. Not sure what people here can help you with. You need to try and adjust your video card as I said, or contact the manufacture of your PC and get some technical support.

All games are working. FIFA 12, FIFA 11, GTAIV, MAX PAYNE 3, NFS MOST WANTED 2,

Okay, so now open your video card control panel, load the FIFA 13 .exe, and start testing different video card configurations. BTW, there are games that just don't work properly due to conflicts with your PC's graphics card. I have a couple dozen games I play on my PC. They all work perfectly except for two games. For some reason I can't get those two games to work properly on my PC, even though they work fine on another PC I have. I was reading on the internet that some other people were having the same issue I was having, and they all had the same or similar graphics card (geforce 400 series). I've updated my graphics card etc. but they still won't play.
