Hi, the texture and bump is very very good. I would like to help you. I have some experience with boots. The rx3 can not be opened with the CG Explorer. Do you use Photoshop? Use the nVidia DDS Plugin for Photoshop and save the graphics as DDS. Import the DDS files with the CG Explorer. Use the following setting

base - DXT1 RGB 4 bpp | no alpha
bump - 3Dc XY 8 bpp | Normal Map
reflex - DXT5 ARGB 8bpp | interpolated alpha
MipMaps all 10

I have saved your texture and bump as DDS, original Reflex by EA and imported with CG Explorer. This is the result. The rx3 of you can use it, but do not work properly in some (older) PC. Sorry my bad english. I hope you understand me. That's not a criticism, I just want to help

yes I kown what you mean
but I made the bump and reflex in another way
if the reflex pic use more purple shoes looks no gloss but the shos bump looks shallow
maybe my way is wrong
now I am working on EP1.3 leather I turn the reflex but looks bump shallow

You can open rx3 with FIFA Explore then you will got png
ADAP-LITE you can also PS that just use yourself only
I am on duty now so I do not have png in my office computer
