Well, If you want these close-ups, you need to score from a pass, so that in the replay, you get that point of view, then you have a close-up!

BTW: If you don't have this close-up in the replay, wait for halftime /fulltime, in the match highlights, most of the times, you get these close-ups! Or just get tackled like in the pic I've attached in this post, then you get a very nice close-up!

5 [the last] On this pic, you can see the fifa 2003 boot-model bug, the side overlays half of the boot, which doesn't look nice, but You need to remake the model to fix this, and that is something I can't do.. :( here it is:
