^yep. I dont understand why he does that. Leans over so much and then complains that the ground caused him to slip. Take notes of Lampard. He plants his foot straight down. He may be the best penalty taker. Other cheat to gain advantages. Ronaldo and Simao did stutter which is against the laws but the ref did not make them retake them.

I'm pretty sure you are allowed to "stutter" in the run up, you just have to hit the ball in a flowing motion, ie. not being allowed to hit it twice or set it up for yourself (obviously).
