No, those id's already exist, it will replace the stadiums, after change the info of each stadium.
If you clone and use a new id, the lightning won't work properly.

I installed,but in game wasn't correct stadiums((
I chose names but...For ezmple Donbass Arena

Correctly works only Metalist stadium but with strange seats and strange crowds

Did you regenerated ?
About the names, change them on CM on your language.

Ok, I finally decided to install this patch and nothing works.
The stadiums are either old ones or there are no textures at all (just grey color) :(

Will try to fix it tomorrow
