Cohen doesn't let his victims in on his stunts. It was obviously planned, but Eminem wasn't told about it. It would be very easy to do; all the seating is assigned, so they could just run a track to Em's seat, lower it down, and have Sasha turn upside down when he got down there. Eminem's notoriously homophobic, so he was the perfect stooge.

The producer of the show was obviously in on the gag. They had to rehearse Bruno landing on Eminem. And who cares about losing Em? Dude is washed up and he already did his performance.

That doesn't mean anything, that just means that it was an intentional "malfunction" which was obvious to anyone who's ever heard of Sasha Baron Cohen. It doesn't allege that Eminem knew about it at all. That writer basically said what my last post did.
