To use the search feature, click up top search/advanced search. Use the drop down menu top left to search titles only, type in camera, highlight search in forum/FIFA 15 forum at the bottom of the page. Hit search now.

Before you edited the cam, did you have the db files in the data folder?

I went to that page and I see beta added a download with the camera edits already done. If you used that file, that is why your game crashed. That file is for FIFA 15. To edit the cameras for FIFA 16, you have to follow the instructions he provided and edit it yourself using your FIFA 16 db files.

You first need the two FIFA 16 db files, and they need to be placed in your data/db folder. If you do not have a db folder you need to make one and put the two files in that db folder. Have you done this?
