I know how to add tattoo without updating squads and load career.
For this, I use the cheat engine (screenshot 1-3).
It does not work with players. The only difference between players with real faces and without it is parameter HeadClassCode (0 - players with real faces, 1 - without real faces, screenshot 6). But when I change this parameter into career, his not working - one face for all players (screenshot 5, but I need screen 4). Is it possible to continue career with new faces for players without real face?

not 100% sure what you're asking but there is another parameter: "hashighqualityhead"
