Cannot assign commentary names (Creation Master 14)

Hi everyone,

Just seeking some help in regards assigning commentary names on CM14. Have noticed that some players in the database are able to be assigned commentary names without an issue, even if the player's ID number differs from that in the names dictionary. However, some players seem to be locked & can't have any form of commentary assigned to them. In the below example, I can't seem to be able to assign Beckham his name. The import button is ghosted & can't be clicked.
