cant change resolution

FIFA 08 and 09 have always worked fine on this comp. But for some reason with FIFA 10 it wont allow me to change the resolution from 800x600?

Any thoughts? Any way to manually hack around this by editing a file?

RESOLUTION=1024x768x32

use file master to open config.dat & export locale.ini & add that to locale.ini & put it in the fifa main directory.
