CANT EXTEND SUBS PLAYER ON BENCH

Hello, I edit Fifa since version 2014, but this year I could not change the maximum play on the bench

cmsettings.ini

DEFPLAYERSONBENCH = 11
MIN_SQUAD_SIZE = 22 = 11 IN PITCH PLAYERS + 11 IN BENCH = 22

and settings.txt

in most leagues i put the same value:

numsubsbench,11
numsubsmatch,11

But within the game still showing 7 players on the bench, but let me change them to 7 instead of just 3.

everything was very easy. I changed the values in Settings.txt, in folder FIFA 12\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data\compadata
There just find all lines containing a bench. There is line look like - 0,rule_numsubsbench,7. This line is correct. And change in the remaining rows "5" to "7"

i change the to 0,rule_numsubsbench,11 and 0,rule_numsubsmatch,11, In the Career Mode menu shows me 11 players in the team's bench, but when playing a game shows me only 7 players in bench, But it allows me to change 7 players instead of the 3 players by default, i miss any setting or what?

That's quite ironic. I recently tried to edit that, too.
I have come to the conclusion that it is more of an displaying error than a "is-there-anything-more-I-have-to-edit" error.
A few weeks after the launch I started a career in Norway and during the Norwegian Cup you are only allowed to have 5 players sitting on the bench. After I edited every necessary string inside the settings.txt, I am allowed to have 7 players on the bench now - and this works fine.
So, that's why I am guessing that the game simply "can't display" more than 7 substitutions. But that's just a guess on my end.

Any way it would be possible to change amount of players on the pitch? Editing cmsettings has no effect, and in settings.ini there is no string to edit.
