no matter how much I wouldn't know about vidgames...everything about fifa street looks so awesome...it brings that grin, that bright thing that i was missing from the early and middle 90's, when genesis and snes ruled...and ea games had such creativity...

if fifa street will work as a new mind-opener for fifa haters and die hard ps4 fans...I don't know...but one thing for sure...it's gonna daaaamn work...

the pics in g4 portugal are so incredible...pity i dont find any more videos around? could'nt some one tell it? it's impossible a game that has such level of commentaries over it can't leak no more than that teaser vid and the 'commercial' one i downloaded here...

you shouldn't get your hopes up so high, you'll only get disappointed when the game releases. But I do hope the game can live up to it's expectations ;)

i think EA should stick with fifa street and give the fifa liscence to Konami, so each party can do their own thing.
EA is good at arcade and i think fifa street is the perfect thing for them.

You can dream on buddy but that's never going to happen. Plus, with all the new improvements to the FIFA series, pretty soon FIFA will surpass PES and WE in all categories. Just think about what has been made better up until now. The gameplay is getting steadily better, with improvements like First Touch, and that was really the only thing that PES dominated in. They certainly didn't dominate in the graphics field, that's for sure. (and I don't mean to start a huge fight here). And besides, the FIFA Street and FIFA series are made by different companies, so your theory doesn't work there either. I for one am happy that EA Big decided to make a soccer street game, they have done so well with the other sports (basketball, football, etc.)

Pes goes so much deeper that fifa. I you havent played pes thoughouly you cant judge. By you remark saying that first touch was the only thing pes was better at, i can clearly see you havent played pes much, or you just love arcade soccer instead of simulation. And thats your choice.
But i find it sad that an arcade game has the fifa liscence instead of the more serious simulation game where a full liscences belongs

and about graphics, just look at pes4 pc with the wolfs patch, but sorry this looks 1000times better that the blurryvison called fifa.

sorry, but...I really must disagree...

I myself am a PES fan...I do play it and I was totally stuck to it...I mean...I really addictvely played it a lot, almost everyday...

untill fifa 2005...

i don't mean to start a huge discussion about it here, coz I want to post a biiiiig 'dossie' about we and fifa 2006 after playing ucl...but i can say that pes main flaw is the damn unrealistic game pace.

the cool thing about pes is the fact that u can have a really loose control over the players...what u can do with the players is very nice...but the way the entire game works out...defense x offense...is not real...

there are some cheatty plays...obvious stuff that u know will work like that...carrying the ball for a while in a certain part of the field...waiting until the defender draw close enough to ur player to do something like 'a' or 'b'...that's a more...how to say...variety arcade-ish gameplay...while in fifa it WAS repetitive arcade-ish...

free side defenders running by the sides of field, attacking...when ur players are all red-arrowed, and the damn (arcade in my opinion) game-speed...it kills ur perspective of a real game when u compare to the (by now) simple, basic...but much more real-life like rythm of the game as u see in fifa...

the problem is...pes fans always did compare football titles to pes perspective...while the correct should be...comparing to real game's perspective...

and besides that...i firmly believe it isn't a coincidence...the fact that u got ucl, fifa street together almost in the same period...

i truly believe fifastreet will influence strong on fifa 2006...even why, fifa fans (and haters) couldn't expect less...or else...bye bye ea...

as me...no one can help falling in love with that game right now, yet not released...

and the entire football community stuff it is something so brand new in the case of ea, about fifa...and never seen from konami, what makes every pes fan angry (specially the never existing chance of having my say about what clubs should be in the game!!! no south american clubs enough...)

let's wait and see...my long topic about it will come soon enough...hheehe...

die hard we fans' main flaw - thinking that konami is 'invencible'

man, I'm a huge fan o pes...but i want the best from the both worlds...

if fifa AND we deliver the finest gameplay, graphics, etc...I'll be playing both!!!

but if u make a true and honest analysis...fifa 05 represents a much higher evolution (to a quite equal level to we...7, at least (pes3)) than we8 represented (or pes4)...

i mean, ea is really betting high on fifa, much more than konami...

btw...how would u explain the fact that we8 international has brought, as improvements...resources present in fifa???

most of the time, u saw the reverse path...fifa copying we...

weird 2005 year...hmmm...

Okay I agree with you that FIFA Street will influence FIFA 06. And it very well should since it looks amazing. The physics are beautiful, the shirts react to their environment...just overall better dynamic gameplay. I hope FIFA 06 DOES follow fifa street on those things. But they are two totally different types of games. Street is arcade and FIFA series is simulation-style. And both should play differently

i mean, ea is really betting high on fifa, much more than konami...

You are right on that. I think that is the mistake that konami made. WE and PES were already regarded as great and a lot of people thought they were always better than fifa. But the difference is, EA has spent a lot of time on vastly improving the game (which they did need to do) while konami just basically tweaked a few minor glitches here and there.

There are more than a few glitches with PES and they are not all minor, and Fifa still needs to improve more, so there.

If that patch could work for XBOX... man I would buy it... editing takes so much time...
