Can't Switch Commentary Language

For some reason I can't change FIFA 13 (PC) commentary language, it's currently in Brazilian Portuguese, this is the only option available because the option to switch commentary audio language is s greyed out, and I want to change it to English (Martin Tyler and Alan Smith).

It doesn't matter if the game (text) language is American or British English or Brazilian Portuguese, the commentary language is stuck at BP. I play FIFA 13 from Brazil and have Modding Way 1.8.4 patch installed. Is this some kind of restriction by EA/Origin? How can I bypass it? Thanks in advance.

Have you done a search? Last fall when the game first came out, there were several threads on the topic of switching/adding languages. Your answer should be in one of those.

I found some guy in a forum a who has got English/British FIFA 13 version, and he kindly uploaded the commentary audio files, I'll try if it works.
