Can't Use Created Team in Kick-off Mode

I hope someone can help. I have created teams via Fifa 12 Creation Center, successfully downloading them into my game. They show under the country "Creation Center" in Tournament Mode, for example. They also show under "Edit Teams." However, the country "Creation Center" does NOT show if I go to Kick-off Exhibition Mode. I have read in some other forums that people have successfully played created teams in exhibition mode. Even the EA site says "Created Teams and Leagues will appear under the nation Creation Centre in any game mode where Customized Squads are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, Online Friendlies, Online Custom Matches, Kick Off Modes (!!!), Tournament Mode, and Career Mode..."
What am I doing wrong? I have tried PC, XBox 360, and Mac.

Did you delete your squads save file and allow the game to regenerate a new squads file?

Thanks for the reply. I was so frustrated that I uninstalled everything and deleted all my fifa folders. I then reinstalled the game; created a brand new profile; signed into my EA Creation Center account; downloaded the latest update. As I signed in, I could see all my bookmarked, created teams in Tournament or Edit Squad mode. I just can't play any exhibition game against created (downloaded) teams. The nation "Creation Center" does not show in Kick-off mode. Can you see the nation "Creation Center" in your Kick-off mode?

Btw, maybe this is kinda out of topic ...but can I know that whether we can export our team/squad from manager mode to play in Kick-off mode ?
