EXTEND THE CAREER MODE LIKE ON CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER TO BE WITHOUT END OR AT LEAST TO BE PLAYED FOR 40-60 YEARS!
THIS IS THE THING THAT MAKES THE GAME REALLY STUPID AND WHEN U PLAY IT THERE'S NO FUN BECAUSE U KNOW THAT SOON IT WILL END SO PLEASE FIX THIS FIRST!
THAT'S WHAT MAKES ALL THE FIFA FANS REALLY BORED OF THAT GAME!

I think that what everyone wants is a game that combines TCM and FIFA (not football fussion), instead, the whole package in one single game.

I would like that, since most features are covered (computer transfers, trophy room, etc, etc.) and also you can start your career in a small club, etc... etc... etc...

The only thing i don't like in TCM is that the career mode is way to deep, and sometimes is boring. The way to go is simplify TCM (not quitting features! just simplifying them), and that should be the career mode. With that management, complemented by a good gameplay, we will have a kicker game!

Physical Improves:
Hair more realistic, in F04 Ronaldinho looks like Chief of School Cafeteria.
At least 2 teams of every country of America and Mexican League
A CREATION CENTER!!!!!!!!! like PES so u can make ur own crest and kits.
Make availaible to buy all leagues players (including Brazilian).
More stadiums, Cinemas of the crowd making rows to enter to the stadiums. It will be fun if people shout the F word or say bad things to referee. more realistic kits,make possible that other players pull players by the uniform. and also make possible that the keeper get yellow o red cards. Make cinemas more realistic the celebration of cup winners with all the players jumpin with the cup with fireworks all the stadium without lights. and newspaper how do u say ? oh u understand

1)CREATE A PLAYER!
2)longer, ATLEAST 10 years. NHL had 20 last year, the new MVP baseball will have over 100!
3)create a team would be nice, not as important as create a player but it would still be cool.
4)actual training would be awesome, like in Madden, I love the way that it is actually performance based.
5)The simultations have to be better, the good teams should be at the top of the table, and when you simulate games your teams skill should actually determine their results its pitiful as it is right now.

Also bring back ingame creation centre in the consoles.
and fix the ECC groups. i mean Real Madrid, Barca and Deportivo La Coruna in the same group?

I have a few here, but I will post more obvious ones later

1. to be able to approach a player even if he isnt listed, but its harder to get the club to accept.

2. To be able to save a few squads and quickload either. e.g, when Im playimg a weak team in the league cup, and have an important game coming up, I need to change all my team manually to get the reserves and rest my best players. sounds a bit weird, but it would be cool.

3. Fix the menus!!! I dunno if it is for all of you, or only for 3rd division sides, but in the fixtures menu, it still says 3rd division for me and Im now in the premiership. IT also says that for all the matches, even FA and League cup ones. It also says it on ALL the matches, when I start them and says Northampton Vs XYZ.

4. Fix the CL and EFA cup things, make us play better/qorse teams.
A problem there is, if youre not in the CL, ALL the good teams are in the EFA cup, incl Real madrid, milan, etc. And evrytime a weird team such as austria memphis or god knows what gets to the final.

5. When you get promoted, lets say from 3rd to 2nd div, the teams from 1st dont get relegated from 1st to 2nd, nor do the ones in the EPL to 1st. and 1st to EPL and so on. There should be a way to check ALL the other leagues, not only divisions, but La Liga, Serie A, etc.

-VERY long career mode, something like 30-50 years, and make it possible so that if someone wants they have to start off with a crap/created team and make their way to the top division in their country, and you can get offers from various clubs as you go along, etc etc.
-Having cinematics for hwen you buy a player, showing them at the media conference, shakeing hands with the manager, etc etc.
-Have players getting unhappy if they don't play so they then wanna get transfered, and have international cups, and the ability to manage a NT and take them through the various international cups
-Have REAL money, no points system, that's just crap.

-Like some people already said, try to simplify, (not take out) concepts and ideas of tcm2004 and add them into fifa. Set prices on tickets, get money from winning tournaments, maybe even mony from selling items. You can make more money if your a really good team and your winning, you can raise the ticket prices. When promoted, fans start attending way more, and more revenue comes in. On the flip side, you have to pay your players and sign contracts with them. If your doing good enough, after a while you can buy yourself a new stadium. Perhaps even something to do with sponsors?

-way longer carreer mode

-youth teams, or at least youth players so that when older players retire you can pick up younger talent.

-youths should start out not so good, some will become stars, (with training and experience) and others will only be bad, or ok players.

-have experience, a player with more experience will train better and achieve a higher rating sooner. Depending on how much playing time, what teams they play ect.

-computer makes transfers & you can now do multi player swaps and cash deals & loans

-different types of injuries, people getting sick ect.

-if your doing poorly in a respected club, you will soon get fired. If your doing alright in a poor club, you will keep your contract. Other clubs will offer you contracts if you are doing really well. If you are doing really well you could even be choosen to represent the national team

-larger roster size- 40

-better job at implementing fatigue, moral.

-certain young (and older) players improve at a much higher rate than others, other players will barely improve.
