Career Realism Mod TU14
-Better and more realistic game rating system (no more GK with a lot of saves and have only 5.8 rating because of the 10 saves he get 1 goal) , or a players with hatrick and 4 goals and more to take only 9 with 9,4 rating , now he will take 10 like real life.
-Better and more realistic Wages and Price tags (now wonderkids and stars on their 20-22y.o are more expensive
-Better and more realistic Retirement system , they retire older if they have good Overall. expect retires after 35y.o and if a player have a good overall he keep playing until he is not good enough.
-Better and more realistic Cost on Scouts (bigger cost)
-Better and more realistic Cost on Couches (bigger cost)
-Better and more realistic Budget grow after every season (i cut it on half the extra money because it was unrealistic , if you need more money you need to play on C.L, E.L , get good position on league for more money and sell players. No more crazy free money.
All the financial tweaks maded to be harder the Career but not crazy things just to be realistic and enjoyable without put away the fun factor.
-Better and more realistic Standings (Sim mode for matches) , now the overall and the home/away it have bigger factor and you will see more realistic standings after this. but dont forget the form factor. if you lose games again and again it have very bad impact like before. if you want wins , try to have good form.
-Better and more realistic Morale System on players , now they are little happier when you play them and this boost the factor to keep them happy. but if you dont play them the result it will be the same like vanilla game.
- Realistic Sharpness Boost on attributes now it limited to +5 from +7 (Sharpness 0-20 +0 , 20-40 +1 , 40-70 +2 , 70-80 +3 , 80-90 +4 , 90-100 +5. The +7 it was very unreal.
-Better and more realistic Board Morale System (if you keep winning you dont get sucked for a stupid reason like a mission for youth team or something)
-Better and more realistic xpReward system on players DF and GK , now they take litle more xp When they Save a goal or they stop a goal by Block , Tackle or everything else. small changes dont expect something crazy its around 5%-10% boost because i saw the Gk they grow way to slow because they dont get enough the ball on the game or if you play good defence the same. soo i boost little to help them out.
-Better and more realistic Youth System (Now depends on the overall and the potencial of every player you will see more ''traits'' +no more Bodybuilders on the game. it was annoying and i fix it.
-Better and more realistic Contract Neg. now a player maybe he will ask litle more money or an old player will be ok to decrease litle more his salary depends on the overall he losing.
-More Loan Transfers.
-S. Arabia league now have real wages (big) like Premier League.
(the whole mode its created to made the game realistic and not hard/easy or complete overhaul it... You will see the changes but dont expect crazy changes like on xp or something...I want to keep the experiance of the game on good levels for everybody.I like it to be fun and realistic not hard or easy. So the changes its minors just to bring the game on good balance because was ''too arcade''...
I recomended to use this mod with the ''Develop me boss'' by pup for better experiance.
