There's some news... i decided not to continue at Olympia next season, on the other hand, after 4 years of good work with the kids, Badalona's youth teams coordinator has given me the u-16 "B" team (my favourite age) and this time i'm free to pick my staff instead club imposition. I've an assitant, GK coach and a scouter.

I wouldn't mind another scouter. Actually the one i has is a club man that they has given me, it's not easy to find a coach (and a proper camera) willing to do that specific job for peanuts.

No, because is a club ruled by the players (they founded it), imagine how hard is to make them respect the basic hierarchies of a football team and taking decisions like getting rid some of them, and the fact i'm their age or even younger doesn't help... i didn't enjoyed the 4 games i was in charge.

The scout is to analyze the other teams right, not to get new players?

Exactly, i think it's important to have knowledge about my opponents. How they build attack, what they do when get/lost the ball, how they defend, corners, how GK play the ball etc... for example inside direct football there are some differences, if they play with a #9 who runs into space i'll make my CBs give him 2 meters to have advantatge in the run, if the #9 play back to the goal to the midfielders i'll make my sidebacks defend more inside but if the #9 play for the winger they, will stay wide.
