I'm delighted to announce that i'm joining Badalona first team staff in 2B division. Club has signed Piti Belmonte as a coach, former teacher of mine in coaching courses, and when he noticed that i was there he asked me to join them. I'll be making the opponents reports analyzing the last 4 games, pointing the game model, team attitudes in the 4 moments of the game, strength, weaknesses, corners, faults etc... Club target is be promoted to Liga Adelante after being very close to achieve it the last few seasons and it would be awesome to be part of this. We use the software Amisco which it is very good.

Damn that is awesome, one league under the 2nd division. I see only the top team out of 20 promotes, so it will be quite an achievement if you can do it! What's is the name of your role, scout or coach? Will you be in FM next year? (H)

Also, do you get any money from this?

I wont leave the u16. I will do both things, scouting for Piti and coaching the lads. I will scout only catalan teams near to the zone, there are other scouters for Valencia, Aragon, Mallorca teams. I'll earn very little for this, 200€ month + proper software.
