Carrier editor problem.

Hi.
Can anyone tell me how to use Carrer patch editor? I have done like is in instruction.
1) Click Career Mode Editor button, Edit general career/tournament settings mode, save file
2) Click to enable you edited file
3) Regenerate game files
But i dont know what mean make your cm file. I want to win every game in carrer mode. How can i change this in 'Soak' bookmark? When i do it and i go to game i can still lose a matches. Hwo its work? After eery editing i have to start new carrier?

Is any possibility to change a budget of club in carrer mode?

Is any tutorial to said how to use this editor?
