no answer is no release because you do not have "YES". of course you have not "NO" also but the important is the "YES" for other editors works.

doesnt matter from what forum they are active on, if a creation is not yours it is not yours to do whatever you wish w/.

its basically a copyright, but we dont go through the copyright procedures, we just assume you do the right thing based off of faith in other people.

@Manu74:I think that Moldova will be in CRLP like last year. I have kits for Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, Tunisia and also some from Egypt and South Africa (But Egypt and South Africa i cannot published here beacuse some kits are made by some other makers and i don't know who was it and here is stupid rules.)
