Make sure your game is up to date & that the initfs_Win32 file in your FIFA18 -> Patch folder is the default one & not the one needed to run Frosty Tools. That is what solved the error for me.

Will we be seeing some of your quality kits again mate?+1 I got the same problem :/ was just about to post about this actually.

how do you import textures
For those who keep getting errors, make sure that you have the original Fifa 18 files. If you edited anything or replaced files (like for Frosty Editor), then you will keep getting errors. I reinstalled Fifa just to be safe and the tool works fine.
I do have a question though. Is there a way to import a roster into the tool for editing? There are several different rosters out there that I would like to edit for my own personal use, but I didn't know if i could load them or import them for editing.

The tool is alot better than frosty editor hopefully one day we can import and export models aswell.
Update the game via Origin.

I personally don't see much that is "better", maybe "different" is the word. The only way I could've seen this being better is if it was using the filesystem but that cannot happen with Frostbite Engine AFAIK.
Well, i figured out how to import a roster to edit, but I have another question. Is there anyway to add icons or legends into an existing roster? You cannot create a player with an id below 50000 or change an existing player id to match an icon id.
I guess i have run across another error. I cannot seem to save any edits that I make. i have made a mod I tried to save at each step along the way. When I close the tool, reopen it and load the mod I created, none of the edits are there. Not sure what is happening. i use it as admin and have the tool in a folder that allows edits.

Não consigo salvar nenhuma edição que eu faça. Eu fiz um mod eu tentei salvar a cada passo ao longo do caminho. Quando eu fechar a ferramenta, reabri-lo e carregar o mod que eu criei, nenhuma das edições estão lá. Não tenho certeza do que está acontecendo. Eu uso como administrador e tenho a ferramenta em uma pasta que permite edições.

I have also windows 10 and the tool runs with no problems.
If it helps for people with this sort of problems, a few month ago I had problems with almost all tools for fifa 18 untill I bought a SSD and installed windows 10 on it.
Suddenly all my problems with permissions and tools stoped since.
Anyway, this tool is a huge leap forward in modding but the ultimate step will be when/if the adding of textures and export of 3D models will be allowed. Then fifa 16 will be matched and I believe this will happen.
