Arsenal looked excellent tonight it was one of the best performances I have seen against Milan for many years. I guess it was expected after a few relatively poor games from Arsenal.
Arsenal pretty much snuffed out Milan, can't think of too many chances that Milan actually got in the game.

We've proven week after week that we don't know how to defend set pieces, and tonight we paid for it yet again. That and we inexplicably took our foot off the gas in the second half which allowed Fener to control the game. I blame our terrible interim coach for both of these.
I really do not feel that Fener won the match, but that we lost it. Still, full congrats to them. I am at least happy that they have advanced playing attacking football instead of the defensive, physical football we've come to expect from the Turks. I wish Zico was our coach.
Just a side note, the referee hurt a muscle in the 2nd extra time period and was attended to for 2-3 minutes, right at the peak of our momentum. Then he blew his whistle seconds BEFORE the 120th minute instead of adding stoppage time. I'm not making excuses, but this infuriated me. Anybody notice?

I'm very surprised at Arsenal's result. It was quite evident that Milan weren't gonna win the CL and a loss was coming soon or later but i didn't expect it so soon, especially at home. Good job for Wenger and his youngsters. Milan on another hand have some major restructuring to do for next season because the people that carried them in previous year are not gonna be there anymore.
what i wonder is about milan supporters, i mean i know their players are real good but arent they bored of the same players like ambrosini, pirlo, kaka, nesta, gattuso, seedorf , inzaghi etc.. these players are sure great but its evident that Milan needs to buy players that are hungry for success which would also give much more excitement to the fans.
its like the old Arsenal team with Winterburn, Adams etc.. in defense. they were great i know, but i just dont like when a team keeps the same players for a very long time and just doesnt think it ever would need players with a hunger for success.
