search for "CL 2001 2002" or "joujoubinks" if you're not familiar with the Creation Center, check out the instructions at the end of this post
Since Creation Center finally works again... To be able to import this tournament, you must be able to import 1 tournament and 32 teams. Go to Advanced Search Options and Search by Author for joujoubinks.
Champions League 2001-2002
- All 32 teams with 2001 crests and shirt sponsors, all teams in their original groups
- Adjusted home stadiums and original stadium names
- All players available that made appearances in that CL Season, starting XI follows from overall operating time
- Adjusted age, looks and kit numbers
- All player ratings PES3- or PES4-based, if possible
- Modest player ratings in general (90% of the teams in between 3 and 3,5 Stars, two teams with 4 stars, one with 2,5)
- NO colourful boots, base layer, neon green wristbands or blonde Afros (except Abel Xavier)
What induced me the most, was the idea of playing again with players like Kluivert, Nedved, Zidane, Rivaldo, Batistuta, Crespo, Juninho etc. Almost each team has at least one or two really great players. Players I love to remember. Players I spent months playing with, 10 years ago on PES. Pires, Veron, Bergkamp, Van Hojidonk, Larsson and many more.
I had to make some compromises around the kits, because of few kit-patterns. Likewise I had to alienate some player names to get them past the automatic censor.
Surely I made some mistakes. (colour blindness -> kits) If you notice mistakes, please put them in this Thread. Improvement suggestions are always welcome and will be verified.

How-to: Import Creation Center content
You have to Log-In here: Creation Center Web App with your Origin ID.To the right of the searchbar you can choose what you want to search for - Players - Teams - Tournaments. Select the Tournament icon far right and type in "CL 2001 2002". You will get straight to it.
By hitting the little scarf icon in the left top corner, you bookmark the tournament. All content you bookmark in this web app, will be visible in the game.
In the FIFA 13 main menu you go to "Customise FIFA" and select "Creation Center". If you're having problems connecting at this point, you have to change your Origin password. Don't ask me why, but after I changed it to this structure:
"Aaaaaaa1"
it works. Seven letters, first one capitalised + one number at the end. I know. It's ridiculous.
Inside the Creation Center menu in FIFA 13, all the stuff you bookmarked shows up. Switch to Tournaments and hit it.
As I wrote in the first post: You have to be able to download 1 tournament an 32 single teams. I bought the All-in-One Creation Center Pack long time ago, so I don't remember, how much you can download, without purchasing any of these packages.
If you don't want to give EA any more money (maybe because you're trying to play Sim City at the time), you can still download some single teams of that CL Season 2001 2002. To do that, you hit the "More Teams"-button below the web app's searchbar -> Advanced search options -> search by -> Author -> "joujoubinks". All 32 teams will appear and you will be able to bookmark the ones you want to import/download.
