change start date from 2015 to 2024

I need to make a complete update to the game, player contracts, tournament calendar, etc. I tried to change the calendar date in the creation master but the game crashes when a tournament starts.
Including dates of selective competitions and their periods within this 15-year career period.

How do I do this? I tried to change it through Creation Master but when I start a career the game crashes
There are many things to be done there, contracts ending within the game cycle, adjusting the frequency of selective competitions, time of arrival of players at clubs, loan contracts and certainly ensuring that the large mass of players retiring will not spoil their game causing them to collide and fall.

I understand. so I have to finish editing the players and players contract before changing the game date

When I change the contract time of players in CM16 I get this message:

an unhandled exception occurred in the application. if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit the application will exit immediately.
