Changing Managers Head using Cheat Table

I’m using Cheat Engine with Aranktu’s Cheat table to change the Managers Head. I’ve gone into the Managers table and gone for Pep Guardiola,(417/169894) and he’s shown perfectly ‘in game’ but in the Managers Office it’s a generic one. What am I doing wrong? I’ve done -1 for the Team ID but kept the Head ID at 417. Should this be -1 as well by making it 416? If anyone could help me out with this I would be extremely grateful. Thank you.
