Chants In Between Songs

Quick question, how do I get rid of the crowd chants/cheers in between the menu music?

Also, a graphics card question. On my first computer which has an Intel GMA 945, FIFA and pretty much all games have a better frame rate than my newer computer which actualy has an Intel GMA 4500, a 64 bit processor, and better ram. Anyone know why? They're both integrated graphics cards.
