some little photoshop skills to convert it...actually it´s not difficult, just a little of patiente to make it posible.
example...for the front just copy that part and paste in a PSD template, and resize...i can send that psd if you want, and you´ll see what easy is.

I think that a little Photoshop Action script can be created rather easily to automate this job within seconds.
Actually, that wouldn't be a bad idea at all, since most of the new kits have already been created for FIFA 19 or PES 2019.
We just need to ask for permission.
@riesscar Would you be OK with that, mate? If we converted your kits from FIFA 19 to FIFA 16 and uploaded them here?.
