I'm planning to include those teams from Spain:

Real Madrid CF 2020-25
FC Barcelona 2020-25
Club Atlético de Madrid 2020-25
Sévilla CF 2020-25
Villareal CF 2020-25

That's all, no other Spanish teams.

I thought it was a joke XD. Then seriously. If I were you I would avoid. You are going from classic, to present to future. You risk making a cauldron of things and losing yourself to teams that anyone can find in every fifa ... In my opinion, teams from 2020 don't make sense. Too soon. He must be in the mood for the next 5 years. Follow the evolution of the players, choose the kits each time based on a season. Evaluate the formations. For me it's just a waste of time in the medium and long term.

I'm with the same opinion, but only that already I think only UCL teams from last season 20-21 can be added as the season is closed and UCL closed for this season

Just give yourself a year. Then you'll add teams from the 20-21 season
Focus on further past. When you finish, the newer teams will be added more easily. Well, there may be even more of them then

does someone still has the old database from HBZ mod season 19/20 version 2.1?? or 2.0? the lastest version with Czech, Cyprus and Greek leagues added from last season, all links are dead. Only update post 2.1 are available but the new leagues were deleted from the database

I've found 2.1 but it doesn't has DB included, i'll try to look for 2.0

I don't believe any regional versions have been made though for Takeaway.com which becomes Thuisbezorgd.nl in Amsterdam matches, Lieferando.de/.at in Germany/Austria matches etc.
