Clerks 2 !!!

awesome movie. If you liked part 1, you'll love this one. The ending dialogue is fantastic (very tense), it follows the theme of part 1 (but changes the message dramatically) and it was funny as ****!

The "STar Wars" vs. "Lord of the Rings" trilogy argument has to be seen to believed. I couldnt stop laughing. <See Randal's "reacting of the Trilogy" might have been the funniest thing I saw in years.>

This might be the best KEvin Smith "series" movie to date (Ignoring JErsey Girl, which I didnt see)

Order : Best to worst

1) Clerks 2 (Im serious, I absolutely loved this movie)
2) Clerks
3) Jay and Silent boy strike back (LOL , I know its the dumbest of the series, but I had a blast watching it)
4) Chasing Amy
5) Dogma
6) Mallrats (never liked this one too much, even JAy and Silent bob are ok in this )

I love Dogma. But it's more like:

Clerks 2 is way better than the original IMO. I haven't laughed that much in a long time. Everyone is funnier this time around.

call me crazy, but the only Kev Smith movie I really like is the original Clerks. The rest are ok, but meh IMO..

Haven't seen Clerks Two yet, but for some reason I think it'll be impossible to beat the charm and low-budget appeal of the first one.

Saw this last night and was really dissapointed. I only laughed twice, during the trilogy argument and when Jay+Silent Bob were dancing. There were some 'ha' moments as well but over all very boring, the whole theatre pretty much agreed.

Movie snobs say things like that. Being that I'm not a movie snob, I can't take someone serious when they say "I only laughed twice" to a movie EVERYONE ELSE I know who has seen it thinks it's one of the funniest movies in a long time.

The Jay dance I hear is him doing the dance of Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs when he's putting on his lipstick and tucking back his piece. And yes I'm VERY excited about that.

Its hilarious, I liked it. And thats before I watched the original clerks, and clerks was funny, but 2 is better imo. And "I only laughed twice" is a lie, its only cause u didnt want yourself to.

It's kind of like a music snob. A Music snob is someone that will never listen to anything on the radio and always looks down at your collection or taste in music if you don't know who some obscure band who's the "next big thing" is.

A movie snob refers to movies as "films" and seems to care more about lighting and acting than they care about the entire experience of the movie.

just watched it, it was good. funny yes, but many things I didnt like.

Kinky Kelly was funny, the dances were funny, the trilogy discussion was funny, Jason Lee was funny. Now, Randall got really annoying this time, and Dante looks totally gay.

We don't have it around here yet, but i'll run to see it. I liked most of his movies (besides Jersey Girl, although it had funny parts too). Jay and Silent Bob are just hilarious charachters plus he has George Carlin in most of his films too.

Can't wait!
