Currently there are 433 club teams (25 leagues, partial Brazilian) in the X-box version of the game anyway. In order to get a more diverse offering based on the requests here you would have to drop some leagues to open up spots.

The following is based on dropping the K-League, Belgian, Swedish, Norwegian, Austrian, Danish, Swiss and Mexican leagues (but keeping the top teams from these leagues, see below).

Adding the full Brazilian and Argentinian (long requested and long overdue) along with a BROAD cross section of clubs from the major regions Europe, Central/South America, Africa and Asia/Oceania.

This represents the bulk of Champions from their respective leagues... along with runnerups/top finishers. More than enough teams to play the full Champions League and a substantial UEFA Cup... not to mention Copa Libertadores, Asian Champs League, Africa etc... think of the possibilities for a World Club Cup!

This is assuming the National teams would stay the same with the exception of ADDING HOLLAND.

This should make MOST people here happy but there's always exceptions. EA wouldn't be smart enough to do this anyway! And if they were there's always issues securing ALL the teams licenses, badges, kits etc. but it's worth suggesting...

San Marino? Do they play football there? Their team always get beaten, like 10-0... :boohoo:

It's a nice idea though, it'd work for me...but still think it is WAY TOO MUCH english teams...its ok for english people, but i ain't english, and don't give a damn about their freakin 4th division clubs, seriously...just EPL and 1 more low division, it is great already...add more lower leagues to other countries, and stadiums too, i'm sick of all these english stadiums, and there is NO maracana, de kuip (:boohoo:) Allianz Arena. Arena AufSchalke!...blasphemy...canadian fúcks!

Suck penis person above. Don't blame Canada for realizing what the REAL leagues are (england), the producer is ENGLISH numnuts. Annyyway, there definetly would be enough room for all the leagues people want if EA didn't have to make room for PS2's low memory space. Maybe having optional leagues downloaded off their site might be an idea. :jap:

Yeah..suck cock person above...Real leagues? They're greedy, or you think everyone just want Arsenal, Chelsea and ManUTD?

Then the only real league for me is the dutch one...I don't lick the other country leagues arse and dont support any other team...

And they're lazy, they wont have optional leagues to download off their site...

Oh, and hey, fúck you. :) :ewan:

Thats the point not everyone does...SOME people actually support teams in the english lower divisions. *wooo*

So, again, that doesn't mean that EA should cut every other league out for your precious Dutch league. Don't accuse me of being self centred when you are being so yourself. In fact, there are some who say that the dutch league should be cut due to lack of popularity (not me of course, but still).

Yeah, i agree in some points, not needed to act like an ass though... the dutch league is the most important league in the game, because i'm dutch, but i am sure we got sh1tty clubs, and that Eredivisie isnt the most popular league, but it is for me...thats what i mean, they waste too much time developing the english clubs and the stadiums, and the rest of the game is just plety sh!t...they dont have maracana there, and the argentinean league? thats ****ed up, dont you agree?

Yes I do I geuss. The south American component of the game is beyond sad. I mean look...half a Brazilian league and a few Rest of World teams. Eww. I don't follow SA football at all though.

Well there's plenty of football fans who know the English lower divisions better than other leagues lower divisions... I really can't see putting in Serie C or 3rd divisions from anywhere else. Talk about boring! I bet hardly anyone knows a club in the 3rd divisons elsewhere unless you live there.

There are reasons the lower English divisions are included... one is the FA Cup (oldest, largest and most popular knockout trophy tournament in the world. Another would be the English league being oldest league, where professional football originated. I think most people like being able to take a small/medium club from the lower divisons up through promotion to glory. Nottingham Forest will be in League 1 (Div3) being a an example for the next FIFA.

Other stadiums would be great... like White Hart Lane for instance. :hump:
