[CM 03/04] Fernando Cavenaghi

he's got 190 potential in my game, but just doesn't seem to perform very well at all. Anyone else bought him?

I didn't, but I'm playing the Argentine league (first 2 seasons with Velez, then a little time in Colombia and now manager of Boca, all I can say is that he is awesome for River (his goals+assists is equal to the number of matches he plays) and when I play them he mostly is a pain in the ass.

well he's made 9 starts for me so far along with RVN or saha upfront and 0 goals 0 assists

PSG bought him on my game and his goals-games ratio is superb, just under a goal a game.

I have bought him with Zaragoza and he's amazing, but I think that Tevez is better in another style.

Tevez was a flop for me. I never bought Cavenaghi though.

just give him the chance as it might take him a while to adapt!!!


on mine he plays for cska moskow as thats where he plays
in real life after a recent transfer to there from river plate
for 6 million pounds (10 million euros)

I signed both cavenaghi and tevez on a prev game and they were a rubbish partnership. Sold cavenaghi and tevez started scoring. Sign tevez he is much better in my opinion

Cavenaghi is the best striker I have ever signed. I have him, Rooney, and Reyes in the same squad and Cavenaghi is by far the best of them. He's faster, stronger, and finishes better than Tevez, plus he's tall and gets his head to every ball. Cavenaghi is probably the best player I have ever had.

I've had him a few seasons with Juve and he was awesome! I think the best striker on the game... I had him and Pazzini up front. Deadly.

I never heard of Maxim Tsigalko IRL. Cavenaghi is a known talent in the world. Maybe a bit over-rated in CM too though.
