CM 13 Windows 8

Is CM13 Compatible with Win 8?
Whenever I start it, windows tells me their is something wrong with it.
Same thing happens with Creation Studio by the Baddie.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Whenever I click cm12, windows tells me this program has stopped working.
Whenever i click on the cm13 app nothing happens.
I have installed net framework 3.5

ohh yeah i had this problem the cm13 that you havw won't work on windows 8 but a month ago i download it cm13 that will work with windows 8 but i give me time to search for the link
