CM 16 Won't Open

I have moved to a new computer and i have installed cm16 & cm15 but none of them will open. i have direct x & Framework up to date and tried to run them both as Admin but neither work. Is there a specific location to put the folder of fifa master with creation master inside it ????. I got fifa i-68 regenerator work okay and also DB Master & File Master works ok. Any help would b great guys thanks in advance ?????

Same problem, all creation master versions didnt work for me :/
I am on windows 10 x64 bit
