CM patch problem

So I've downloaded the International Face Pack Vol.2 from here (http://www.fifa-infinity.com/fifa11downloads/international-face-pack-vol-2-2/#more-1240).

I've followed all the steps from the readme and the face is even displayed in the CM editor, but doesn't show in game. The minifaces worked though.

Any idea what's wrong?

If you have generic faces hn them make sure you have got unticked in the generic face portion.then delete squad files in my documents
