This is what i am doing and i also uninstalled fifa and installed a fresh copy with original exe.

So i put the the italian dat_ita commentary file & audio.big in the Fifa/data/audio Folder then i went to data/cmn/fe and saw and eng database. What i did is i right clicked on it copied it and paste in the same Fe folder so now i had two files. I renamed the created file to ita.

I belive that is what you asked me too.... Or i missed something again?

so in the data/cmn/fe folder you made a copy of the eng.db file and named it ita.db?

well make sure the dat_ita.big is in the audio folder. also, in the audio.big, make sure you have all the ita files for it to work.the link was posted in the thread..cause i did all this and it works fine..i'm just trying to find the actually ita.db file.

We need a Italian Config.dat

Im guessing whats happening is EA setup the Config.dat files for each continent. Such as if you add spanish to an english version it works or add english to a spanish version it works. Same with europe German and Italy go together. So getting the ita.big audio.big and ita.db is NOT enough for crossing continent versions, Config.dat or maybe another file also is not letting it flow. If you rename the main ita.big to eng.big some file see it as wrong and just wont play the commentary at all.

I cant get any europe stuff to work, its just silent.

Someone please upload a Italian Config.dat(or Europe one) and lets test.

This is my last post on this topic... You dummies need to know how to SEARCH this thread and this forum. All your answers are laid out for you to use but I guess you are just a freaking retard......... The next time you will see me post is the next time someone uploads a dat_commenraty file so I will upload and update the new audio.big.

Jake... No idea where your attitude is coming from... your instructions dont work, maybe in 06 this worked...

Jake try this.

1. Get a English version FIFA07 cdrom.

2. Create a locale.ini

3. Use YOUR audio.big

4. Toss in the ita.big in /audio

5. Make a ita.db

DOES NOT WORK.... THIS IS NOT FIFA06

Heck dont even create a locale.ini

It will be simply awesome to post commentaries from Europe's top football commentators such as Martin Tyler and John Helm instead of living with the same old boring commentary from John Motson for years in the FIFA game which I'm getting so sick of!
If anyone can post that, it will be so greatly appreciated and FIFA 07 will be so much more interesting and exciting! :lui:

what happened to fifauruguay ???they used to always have all of the commentaries for fifa every year!! did they shut down?
