Commentary-Manager Mode

According to the official EA Sports website Fifa 10 will benefit from an improved commentary in Manager Mode...like different stats, player form, in-depth commentary which you can hear later in the season, your current position in the table, speculations on the transfers, etc...

Howevers, rumours say only ps3 and xbox will benefit from those...

question: if so, can anyone create a patch, converting the commentary from ps3 or 360?
