Ram or your graphic card.

If you have 2 sticks of ram, take one out and see if it still restarts... if it still persists interchange the sticks and try again. If that solves your problem replace the stick of ram.

If that doesn't help, its something to do with your graphics card.

A couple of years ago I remember my PC restarting a couple of times a day as a result of overheating because there was something wrong with the cooling fan of the computer.. could be your problem too. :)

For me it was the PSU. Just changed it two days before and the pc works like a charm. (And I was lucky enough to find the right PSU cause the other pc I'm takling about uses a crappy OEM tower and only the PSU from the brand can be used cause of their design)

it was problematic psu or it just didnt have enough wattage power on full load?
So ishan1990, when does it restart? Randomly, or specificaly when you are doing some task on your compater that requires the computer to give its maximum? A heavy on demands 3d game for example. Tho, in your case its not very likely.. because you say you get that msg.... maybe you should try to make a repair installation of windows, if u know how to/can do that.
