What are the chances that we could get an MLS All-Star team in here sometime?

i cant even get the mls to work in season mode

After figuring out that the SuperLiga and U.S. Open cup IDs are the same I changed the U.S cup, imported it and it works. Seeing Columbus vs. Portland or Miami FC vs. Dallas is pretty cool. I then entered the SuperLiga and it works just fine as well.

In career mode I can play with a MLS team with no problem. However playing with a USL team is a different story as it crashes . I know there are some other threads and post out there about how to link a league to a tournament and vice versa. I may not be able to create faces or kits as well as you guys but would like to figure out what is wrong with the USL playoffs if anyone is willing to point me in the right direction.

I want to say thank you to all of you who contributed to the making of the kits and the USL patch!

Finally I can play an interesting CONCACAF Champion's League tournament with more variety. I'm dissapointed that CONCACAF doesn't get much attention from EA Sports...hopefully things change with FIFA 09.

That patch has a big amount of things to improve, but it is completely playable and funny... I have to say thanks cause I used a lot of information and details from your patches so it is, to a certain extend, a group work... Well, it's in CEP and I CMPed all of CEP's teams, including MLS All-Stars

Now, if someone does the kits for MLS All-Stars, I'll probably be able to make a .cmp of it.

Just don't tell the CMP authors about it, as they'll probably scalp me for that.

ADDITION: I also noticed that all older links in the thread are dead. Can someone re-upload Costa Rican and Honduran League Patches?

I would really like to get the Honduran League from you. If you can upload it to www.bigupload.com and post the link here, that would be the best, because the links are dead from earlier post.

www.bigupload.com is really simple for simply sharing a file for a short time.

I'm putting all the patches together. And the faster I have all the leagues in my hands the better.

And if anybody has the costa rican league that somebody had mentioned earlier. I would like that also.

Kits for the all star team would not be that hard. I think I even have the template, I just need time.

I'm putting all the patches together in one big patch which will work for everybody because it will be a .db and not a .cmp. I know this is what everybody wants, i will try to do a .cmp, but that promotes some limitations and complications for people that want the patch to actually work after installation.

I've already converted it to 08, I just don't have any kits to work with as you already know. So I'm looking forward to patch and kits.

By the way, I would like to have that El Salvador Segunda.

Also, I'm working on the global roster rating adjustment. I'm almost done unless I get some new leagues to adjust. I'm doing it basically so the different teams can be rated more close to real life in relation to all the leagues in concacaf as well as their individual league standings. It makes playing more realistic.

So far patch has

Salvador league
USL 1 & 2
CSL 1 & 2
MLS Update
Costa Rica League
Lots of Carribean and Central American teams
Some PDL and USASA teams
All or almost all concacaf national teams (probably some will have some fake kits)

Would like to see that Honduran League, but.....

I will do it in .CMP, but I'm not sure what the results will be and if I can guarantee that it will work perfectly in .CMP. I can do the all star team also. I got from the other years, so it can be done. Just need enough time to finish this off. There is still graphic work to be done as well as testing.

Until this patch is done. I will continue to edit fifa 08. I'lm always slow on new games because I like to get the American version of the game, so that takes time to be delivered where I live. So I run behind in the editing process for the new games.

Althought Fifa 09 is going to be easy to edit. The kit template is the same, just longer. and the database looks pretty similar. So even this patch should convert over pretty easy to fifa 09.
