I rique! Great idea your patch!
I did a Conmebol(10 teams) and Oceania(7 teams) personal patch with real kits, and some new stadium like La Bombonera (ARG), Hernando Siles (BOL) and now I was going to do the Concacaf teams (15 teams). I have not posted the patch because it is personal and I used created fifa teams.
I have 13 concacaf logo images (2 versions) please tell me if I can help.
I show you some screenshots of my hobbie work, I edited real squads, faces, kits, logos, real stadiums names, etc

Yes, Please help me. How about doing an entire 2014 World CUp Qualifying patch for all confederations? What do you think? I can't make kits. I want to make things as realistic as is possible.

If you're looking for kits for teams that may be difficult to find check here out http://football-uniform.seesaa.net/category/1230579-1.html. This site would give you at least an idea of what uniforms the teams have worn in the past. The site's language is Japanese but you can still make out the English wording for the confederation or league you're looking for. Look at a picture of Antigua and Barbuda for example

Cool. Really good job. What I have done is to use Mogolos Templates. IU do this for almost all my patches, really. He's a very kind bloke. So the kits are usually done between Adidas, Puma, Kappa and Nike. He's made tons of templates for these three brands. This would be far less time consuming.

another , from this season ,the champion league banner style is brand new design,which you may detect in pes2013 or real match in Champion league qualifiers.
as for the generic stadium, it depends on how much time I have after work.

Ok. Yes, I have uncovered this. I downloaded the images as they appeared in La Rosaleda and Celtic Park. Good news is they are accurate, bad news is the quality of the images are not very good because they are very small. I did manage to add them to Old Trafford and they looked good. I'm sure as soon as the group stage begin I will be able to get better images.
P.S. I figured out which images to edit. I had to translate your Chinese Fifa 11 tutorial.

images can be extracted from pes2013. I seldom use photoshop. instead I use another Chinese software "xiuxmeitu"
