Inter could fail FFP and not be allowed to register any of the players whose fees took them over the limit. So basically, all of their signings this year.

Arsenal complete deal to sign defender Shkodran Mustafi from Valencia

Oh and tits.
Underrated, yes but not 23m overpriced. Chelski could've signed Ricardo Rodriguez early in the window. Meh, compared to David Luiz' return. Undoing one of the greatest deals ever. Suspected there was something irregular going on at the time.

Joe Hart loan move to Torino is CONFIRMED.

So the transfer deadline is today? For some reason I had it in my head that deals were also allowed on the 1st but media suggests otherwise?

Yup.. Uhm I think when it comes to UK time they're allowed until 1 or 2 AM.

Why Torino? It looks like he wasn't that valued.

Yes, it ends at midnight tonight.

I agree with Arnau that he is not very good but he probably would have done better based on name and 'big club' status were it not for the fact that he came available so late that everyone had their goalkeeping options already sorted - clubs that need goalkeepers don't leave these signings until the last minute. Had he been available for the start of the window then I am sure there would have been interest from Everton, Leciester and some better clubs abroad, but these clubs just brought in the likes of Skeletenberg and Zeiler so they can't immediately drop players who they just invested in.

Also, his terrible performance at the Euros is fresh in everybody's memory. People will now be aware he is available and will keep an eye on him at Torino so IF he put in a good season he might be able to line up a better club next season.

David Luiz back to Chelsea heh for £30m. Chelsea is starting to make a habit of buying back their former players. This one is a little bizarre, but oh well.

Also apparently Balotelli has joined Nice on a free transfer. Good business on Liverpool's behalf. I wonder if he manages to get his act together in France against easier opponents. I think this move should suit him just fine, because he gets to be the "star" of the team. Eventually it will come down to whether he manages to behave. The talent is there for sure and it's not too late for him. I'm actually glad that he didn't go to China or something. Would've been a total career suicide.

Islam Slimani -> Leicester, £30m.

Who is he and why is he worth so much? Though I do trust Algerians

Moussa Sissoko -> Everton, £30m

Surprised that even with Euro performance he retained that value. This transfer Everton had a problem of plenty of money to spend but no-one wanting to take it, a condition which will become very common in the premier league. It's hard to say Sissoko will have a huge impact when he couldn't save Newcastle (which I still regard as a similar size club) from relegation last season, though I still want him to come good for the sake of FM12.
