I use the same genius gamepad from last year but I don´t know what happened this year....it reads like generic USB...I changed the regedit with the 1st post like rumble pad and selected in the fifa config...it works good the 2 joysticks and so but......I can`t remap the buttons and during play it´s a mess ...any idea?

u can remap it with fifa 11 config file , then copy/paste the button data from fifa 11 to fifa 12 ... it shall work thats the only easy way to map ur buttons

You say the buttondata in the folder fifa 11 in my documents?...I´ll try some later...I got out yesterday under the rain to the mall at 6pm and found in a local a logitec dual action at around $20...I was very frustrated....until arrived at night and saw your post

yeah fifa 11's buttondatasetup.ini ... just when u adjust it remove the " setupword" so it becomes Buttondata.ini and then paste it in fifa 12 folder .. when u map it with what fits you , hope it works to you

guys i need help..i just installed fifa12..and previously i was playin fifa10 yes fifa10 not11.so i was using the following keys..

w-through ball
s- pass/sliding tackle
a- cross
d-shoot/clear/standing tackle
q-switch player
e-sprint
so plz tell me how save the above settings coz its very hard for me play new button confug..however i tried to make this config but it does not save..will anyone plz make a pictorial tutorial for newcomers to save the changes...or make classic fifa10 config file for me thnx in advance..

I'm also having trouble with my right analog stick.
Its been performing all the shot functions such as pass, shoot, through ball, cross for different directions.
I cant reconfigure it. It must be assigned to do the skill moves controls (Number pad controls in keyboard). Anyone please help.
We could've easily configured it in fifa 11 using fifaconfig.exe file by assigning buttons. Such options cannot be found in fifa 12 config file. Please Help.

There is something strange in my controller.Everything works fine all buttons except The RS and LS Clickk buttons.movements with LS and skill moves with RS are fine except the click buttons.can someone help me plz

Ok, so I downloaded the PC demo and have spent hours trying to get the game controller issue worked out. I have read through several of the posts on there. I did finally get it to stop crashing and play but the player keeps playing the ball backwards toward my own goal. My main concern is are these issues resolved in the retail version? I am running win 7 64-bit using a Saitek P2500 USB gamepad. (I know cheap). Either way it seems to be a great game but I am limited to playing on keyboard or trying to. Any help would be appreciated.
