Converting CM data to Fifa2003?

I will try to do the rosters for the J-League. But as I don't have infos on the teams others than the name, number, height and weight of the players, I was asking myself if someone thought about converting CM01/02 datas to Fifa 2003. It could be something like that :

Fitness = CM Fitness/2 (As Fifa uses a 10 points scale)
Speed = (Acceleration + Pace)/4
Shoot = Long shot/2
Pass = (Passing + Crossing)/4
Strenght = (Strenght + Stamina)/4
Header = (Heading+Jumping)/4
Ball Control = (Dribbling + Technique)/4
Tackle = (Tackling + Position)/4
GK Skills = (Handling + Reflexes + Agility + Tackling)/8
GK Positioning = Position/2
GK Aggressivity = (Aggression + Bravery)/4

He's trying to ask someone whether he could make a tool that will mass convert CM's ratings into fifa 2003 ratings, so the game might be more real, since CM ratings are much more accurate..

Yes and no. I'm not looking for someone to make a tool but I'm searching a formula to have more or less realistic abilities in Fifa.
