Okay, so I downloaded Greek Super Patch 15 and there are 116 players without any face, so this is how many there be.
I usually try to fix them, edit them to look better. With texture or model. The problem is...most of these 116 faces are bad or very bad. And when I say very bad, I really mean VERY bad.
I'll fix a dozen of them which exist in my database and that monstrosities, but not more (around 1/5 of them)

No, Facegen's form a general outline of the face once converted for FIFA. I create 3-4 models from facegen with different photos. Then I mix them with the Facemaster 15. Once I have taken the "best" from each model I have a base which is about 20-40% of the work (It depends on the photo and the models created). Then, again with Facemaster 15 I mix the aforementioned model with models already existing in fifa 15. After this work you have about 70-80% of the model ready. After I load it on blender and finish it in detail (or at least I try) A good 20-25% of the "smoothing" and "finishing" work comes from blender where the hair is also better arranged so that it fits well in the head.

This is a basic model of the three I used to make Verheyen.

You can notice that the quality is really poor.

Not really ... Better the generic. XD
They have a very narrow neck, often very narrow overall. Big eyes, and almost always busted profiles despite perfect photos. Long noses and chins. Total absence of forehead and skullcap as far as width is concerned. Very very approximate. You just have an idea of the right proportions of distance between eyes, mouth and nose.
