I tested this facepack , great quality but here are some changes i think you can improve on

Marc Cucurella is perfect
Kevin Mbabu is perfect as well
Both of them are the best versions
Aurelien Tchoumeni Face is perfect, but there is a bug in his hairlod file , please fix it , from afar it looks like a bald head when you camera is somewhat closer the hair appears
The face of Pedri doesn't look him
Riqui Puig Perfect

don't complain for Pedri, that's how Konami did him and he looks like him

for Tchouameni the case I see is different, as haircap is basically integrated into head and there's no headlod, it may look like if he's bald
So I recommend to replace hairlod file with duplicated hair file

What's the process of creating a "bumpless" version? And can it be automated?
Rather it cannot be automatized, because I'm using ZBrush and ZWrap. It's just reshaping FIFA models around PES models, like a glove covering a hand. And because FIFA models have smaller amount of polygons, it doesn't look that good, around 90% of accuracy, but good enough for me.

i think it can be automatized.
for example here is a conversion of Zlatan scan from efootball 2022 to fifa 22 format using blender with a method called retopology:
as you can see the uv map and texture is exactly like fifa format, and the model is perfectly converted.
and he also said it can be automatized until some point:

This guy sells his work, so he won't do anything for free; and even for money, I doubt that he would share the method.
I heard about retopology, but I couldn't find anything that will do this.
So I gave up, maybe I'm too stupid or I have too weak hardware.

For example, i converted Dmitri's version of Denilson from fifa 14 to fifa 16 with tokke's fifa converter.
in fifa 16 is easier, because if you put the right format of light and normal map (head_sk and head_nm) you dont need a bump file. same can be seen in lagwagon conversions from pes... but in fifa 14 you dont have these maps in face_texture, so probably not possible.
Although, when i try to convert a fifa 13 face to fifa 16 it doesnt work like that, i still need a bump file in this case...

Didn't you try to create light and normal map for FIFA 13 face?

Ah I got it. So that's why Pedri's face looks a bit strange.
EA also use 3D wrapping over the base head mesh, but their source model (taken with their scanning method) is (as I think) extremely high-poly.
But at all, why not using custom bumps and head LODs? I think it won't affect the performance that much.

Maybe it's just my quirk to use as few files as possible, because every copied or repacked files lengthens time that I have to wait for mod to repack or folder to copy no matter what size of these files are as my laptop is now 4 years old. And these faces doesn't require Revolution Mod.
Anyway, if someone doesn't care, you don't have to use them, you can use direct conversions you made.
