Converting PES and eFootball heads to FIFA 07/FIFA 10 format

When you run the .bat file, do you minimize it? Try to keep it until everything is packed.

i keep it until it says this. if i stay more, nothing more happens...
EDIT: if i run it as admin it gives 3 same errors: input path doesnt exist
Did i set the input dir wrong?

Ok, it must be something with .bat
As a temporary solution: after you got .o files, rename your PNGs:

tp01.png => tp01@t21__X_0_0.png
glos.png => glos@t21__X_0_0.png
tp02.png => tp02@t22__X_0.png

where X is player ID
Then use Pack FSH in OTools GUI for this folder with additional command-line arguments:

-fshForceAlphaCheck

the name was "glo1" not "glos", anyway i tried with both names and got this...

I see now, it wasn't a problem with fsh but with m228 file. That's also why fsh was not created.
Still I don't know whu it happens.
So instead of previous solution, you need to import to .O with OTools GUI with these additional commands:

-startsWith m228 -head -hd -writeFsh -fshForceAlphaCheck -scale 61 -translate 0,-2.5,-2.0 -boneRemap data\remap\remap_head_pes2020_fm13.txt -skeletonData data\remap\skel_fifa.bin -bonesFile data\remap\bones_fifa.txt -hairSpec 0.7

This will also generate fsh files (no need to rename PNGs)

This bug was fixed in OTools 0.178.
