Yes, a stupid mistake by Cáceres cost Paraguay their elimination. Anyways, however, there were some serious defensive errors besides Cáceres on part of Paraguay and they did not capitalize on their chances. Good win for México, they took their chances and scored them.

no to mention that when was the last time mexico scored 6 , even with men advantage, the bottom line is that paraguays defense was terrible today, nothing went their way today, its doesnt mean mexico is better than paraguay or viceversa, it was simply a bad day for paraguay and a great day for mexico.
btw mexico before this game was real candidate for the title too.

They want this cup, and they will leave everything on the field against whoever.

If Argentina wins, they are the ones that should not get overconfident, we still have the best defence of all the teams left.


I like what hugo is doing. Believe me I never thought this team would work, but he made it work, I'm impressed. This team with the European players one board, will be a real menace.

I have seen many teams play 10 vs 11 and not get ROCKED this bad. And Im only saying this because Paraguay brought a very good team to the tournament. I think that Mexico woulda still won the game 11 vs 11. Maybe not by the same score but Paraguay's D was just crap
