this refereeing team is so biased it's not even funny.
they could aswell be wearing a River kit :nape:

Kibe Kru

Starting XI
nah... Mascherano's red card was fair, Tevez was offside (from a corner... and if he considers the play starts with the header, it was a River player who headed the ball), Ferrari was really a gentleman to Mascherano in the first half, and the yellow was harsh on him...

Ricardinho and Coelho...... :kader:

**** 3-1

Coelho missed an easy one, and what can i say? That defence is the best thing for strikers since cheese...

And Roque Junior...:lui:

Kibe Kru I was starting to answer your post with a "wtf?" but then read it again to be sure of what you had written....than I understood that could have only been sarcasm :jap:

btw 3-1 is really hard to recover man....not an easy task at all waiting for Corinthians in the second hand.

Kibe Kru

Starting XI
2-0 at the Pacaembu isn't impossible, but it will be DAMN hard... but Corinthians is always like that... they love to make dramatic comebacks (and also they love getting knocked out by argies, but that's beyond the point...)

Massive mate, wouldn't you be interested in a certain left back that has already played for Porto?

Nery better be ready for next match....

EDIT: Xavier 3-2...

dang, it'll be fun next thursday...

Yeah, the next game could be great.

If Tevez continues on good form, I really think he could bring the result back.

Kibe Kru

Starting XI
I'd predict the result of next leg, and that involved Nilmar scoring, but I'll just leave it... don't wanna jinx him...

EDIT: I just realized none of the brazilian teams have won so far... tomorrow there's Nacional vs. Inter... good luck to them

0-1 Oh ****, we are out!! F*cking Tevez. Another frustation.

1-1 Come on!!! We must win at least.

2-1 Yeah!!! Keep it up!!! One more goal.

3-1 YES, we are killing Corinthians, we are through!! Bye Bye Corinthians!

3-2 Oh oh...now this changes things a lot!!

But, hey if Universidad Catolica manage to tie in Brazil, I think we can, right? Plus, they lost Masche and we will have Montenegro back.

Now Corinthians will have the pressure to score quickly.

I predict (hope, pray, wish, crave) a tie, i say 2-2 with our goal at 80th minute.

Farias :rockman:

And of course Marcelo ''Muñeco'' Gallardo IS back ladys and gentleman :rockman:

Really happy River won.

I know you Brazilians dispise it when Argentina acts the way they do vs. you guys (IE: Spit, act tough, cleet to knee cap, push faces, sh*t talk, elbow to face etc etc. But again I have to say that nothing makes me happier to watch an ARgentinian or Uruguayan club (or NT) look into the faces of "Brazilian Superiority" and just say "F*ck you and your family" (where most nations worldwide cant really say that because they are too far from the Brazilian players.........you know with defending 11 men back I mean :p :funny: ) It like gets my blood boiling with an adrenaline rush.

I dont think Brazil will ever learn. Corinthians players were so angry today, like they were constantly losing concentration over the game (Do they know that this strategy has been used since forever now?)

Congrats River. (so far ...but 2nd leg will be tough)

And as for Inter tomorow. Well, its gonna get violent. (I heard that the managment had to "teach" our PAraguayan players (Paniagua...good player, he'll be at the World Cup), "our way of playing" for tomorow's game (6) :hump: (6) )

<The last time I saw Nacional go against all odds and almost win on just pure balls was vs. Santos 4 years ago, and if ppl remember, it was one of the most violent and Brutal battles in the history of Libertadores (Robinho couldnt walk for 2 weeks after the 2 legs.......I was even shocked.). <OH And when we beat PSV Eindhoven, we killed them in that game <roughed out i mean>

I hope we dont play that way until the 2nd leg though (dont want 5 red cards before the 2nd leg

I've already forgiven Farias for being Mr. Invisible last year, and he's proving he's earning the "9" (though he wears 11 in the Copa). What a Chilena!! He's also playing on one knee, so my respect for him has taken a big jump.

That goal at the end may end up killing us in Sao Paulo, but hopefully we get some bodies back, I doubt Zapata will make it, but Rolfi is a possibility. I think we can at least get a draw and go through, but it won't be easy.

Ferrari looked like the player I expected him to be when he arrived at River. He was great with the ball. I guess now that he wasn't responsible for any marking, he could play freely. He was the MOM. :rockman:

Masche got a nice reception, the kind he deserved.(Y) Although, I wasn't disappointed when he got the red card. It's good that I won't have to see him face River in the next leg.

A side note, Niembro and Closs are the most annoying idiots in the world, I had to mute the damn game and put on Radio Mitre. They might as well just put on the Boca jersey in the booth while they commentate. Everything was: "Tevez this, Tevez that...." , "It's like a clasico, it's Tevez and 10 players..." and there's more garbage too. Niembro also doesn't let anyone get anyone else get a word in either, makes me sick. :nape:

I guess they were excited about Tevez doing so well (they kept mentioning the NT)

Btw, what happened to Araujo, did he go to a new channel?
(And Radio Mitre....isnt that with Pagani? (the old guy from EStudio Futbol on TyC sports , he's hilarious )

Shiryu

Senior Squad
Yeah....well..

A walk in the park for us.

I am glad that the U-17 Omar Esparza was finally given a chance, and scored a nice goal.
Two U-17's on this game, if only we still had Vela, that would had made this game a nightmare for Independiente. Too bad we sold him to Arsenal, because we could really use him now. :(

Don't think that by this, in anyway I will begin to believe we can still win it, from what I'm seeing on the other teams, there's no chance.

But atleast we'll go out with a good show. (6)
